Civil Engineering grade bentonite is sodium-based processed colloidal bentonite treated with polymers. Grades are customized to meet rheological properties to achieve the desired marsh funnel viscosity. Sodium Bentonite suits Piling, Diaphragm Walling, Trenchless Drilling, HDD, Micro Tunneling & Shield Tunneling. Bentonite is grinding to fine powder to form thixotropic gel allowing slurry to penetrating deep into cleavages cracks and clog the pores. At lower dosages develops good suspensions as a soil sealing and friction agent, and also stabilizes the excavations
